Nice friendly staff and good location

Premises outdated. Seems to be a lack of maintenance. Breakfast was poor. I travel to Thailand a lot and lack of options for western food.

Been before so no surprises. Many people unhappy about the strict 2pm check in. Hotel is mostly clean but if you look deeper there are some murky corners . Would stay again

Very good breakfast - loved the daily soup. Quiet location. Even on the balcony I could sit and enjoy without hearing a lot of noise. Professional service. Internet very very good (the best I have experienced in any thai hotels so far)

The furniture could use a make over Very low seating on the couch (being a bit fat will make it difficult for you to get up again) TV not worth it (bad connection)

Spacious reception area and restaurant- tasty food. Location was good just off Bouakhow Soi. And close to the market. Also 3 swimming pools.

Like many hotels following Covid and the loss of business the hotel was in need of some T.L.C. and l was pleased to see that was happening. Would l go again yes l certainty would go back. I enjoyed my stay there.

Restaurant not very good. Not sure if they had room service although had number on the phone no menu in the room. Noisy in the morning due to coaches coming and going

Hot water didn't work in the room. Room service took very long to bring the food and when it arrives the quality was very poor and some of the ingredients weren't fresh

Booking.com posted very miss leading pictures - the Hotel was very old and worn (although signs of 'renovating' to more modern) they really should 1st spend their investment on making the rooms & building water proof. We had rain 3 out of 4 nights and the rooms flooded and so did the hallways - leaking window frames. My room did not have a lockable window & was right near the fire starwell that people could easily climb over balcony and into the room. When I alerted the front desk their response was very poor, did not send repair man and in the end I had to repack my bags and go & demand a new room that locked. Front desk staff were never quiet responsive in any dealings. It is a hotel that accommodates 9-10 bus loads of tourists each evening (coming in around 10-12pm & then reloading the buses at 6-8am next morning for their ongoing tour - so the place felt like a very busy bus terminal - extremely disruptive & not very relaxing. Would not recommend this place at all - & not really value for money when you look around in Pattaya.

The bed was great. Location was excellent. Staff very friendly

Air conditioning was not very good. Asked staff to fix it. Only worked for a couple of days. Internet was very poor and slow.. when big rain came the hotel leaked. Needs updating

Great Location for clubs, restaurants and bars, tucked away from the main road, nice modern Hotel with very friendly and helpfull Reception staff.

Hotel caters for many tour groups from China / Japan who have no consideration for other hotel guests, slamming bedroom doors in the evening and talking loudly in corridors.

Location great, surrounded by bars and cheap eats, but quiet enough at night to sleep. TV all Thai channels.

Place is old, very worn out and poorly maintained. Passageways dirty and poorly maintained. Pool decking shockingly hazardous. Not at all worth the 1900TBH that I paid.

The bed was soft.

The staff couldn’t speak a word of English. The conditions of the room were in need of cosmetic upgrade. The shower was hot then cold and extremely hot again. I hit the do not disturb button on the switch, however staff still wanted to get their job done and woke up my baby. The location was far from the beach and the taxis wanted 200-300 baht off the meter to the beach or Central Festival Mall. The hotel location was too close to Red Light District and not good for my daughter to see and family. The food ordered at the restaurant was not nice and lacked in flavor. Fish and chips were ordered along with fried fish and shrimp with rice. The menu for westerners was non existent during our stay so we ate out a lot. The location is a problem for taxis to find.

Good bed, cleaning staff excellent and it is at a very good location. AC being renewed.

Breakfast is mostly catered for Asian people. no other food or bar is supplied. Don't ask bell Captain for directions or advice about anything as they won't know!

The whole stay there was excellent,the rooms were large the bathroom and shower were very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Breakfast could have been a little more varied, for Europeans, but it was ok.

its not close to any beach, 15 min walking, but its got swimming pools. Would not go swimming in one of the swimming pools, since the water looked dirty.. As for the staff, they simply was not as warm, smiling and friendly as you get used to when traveling in thailand.
